These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the sg771 platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing sg771, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and must promptly update your account information if any details change. sg771 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity. sg771 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.
You must notify sg771 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. sg771 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to promptly notify sg771.
Your sg771 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account, account balance, or any rights therein to any other person.
sg771 is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines to verify the identity of all players prior to authorizing withdrawals. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
KYC verification at sg771 requires submission of:
sg771 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within one (1) business hour during regular operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand. During the verification period, deposit functionality remains active, but withdrawals are held pending successful verification.
sg771 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence documents, in accordance with applicable Philippine law and regulatory obligations.
If KYC verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period due to the Player's failure to provide requested documentation, sg771 reserves the right to restrict account access and withhold withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed or, in cases of confirmed fraud, to terminate the account.
sg771 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and 7-Eleven (Cliqq) cash-in. sg771 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion, subject to prior notice where reasonably practicable.
The minimum deposit amount at sg771 is ₱100 (Philippine Peso) via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfer methods may vary. sg771 charges no transaction fees on deposits. Processing times for GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically under sixty (60) seconds.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit and verified in the Player's name ("same-method policy"). This requirement exists to prevent money laundering. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
sg771 may delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, pending investigation of suspicious activity, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met. sg771 will notify the Player in writing via registered email where a withdrawal is delayed or declined, stating the reason and expected resolution timeline.
Players may only use funds that lawfully belong to them. Deposits using payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.
All transactions on the sg771 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment method processes in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. sg771 is not responsible for any foreign exchange losses incurred.
All bonuses and promotions offered by sg771 are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated to the Player at the time of the offer. General bonus terms stated herein apply where specific promotion terms do not state otherwise.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings generated from that bonus balance.

sg771 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that bonuses already credited to a Player's account and partially wagered will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any one time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus terms — Players are advised to review active bonus status before making additional deposits.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sg771 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or licence is granted. sg771 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if sg771 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Players acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that all wagering decisions are made voluntarily. sg771 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay, and does not guarantee any minimum return on amounts wagered.
Players may close their sg771 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written account closure request. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding void bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations.

Where a breach involves fraud or criminal conduct, the balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

By registering an account at sg771, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and sg771 that cannot be resolved through sg771's internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Players who have exhausted sg771's internal complaints process and remain dissatisfied may escalate complaints to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory body, in accordance with applicable procedures.
sg771 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where a shorter period is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
